Integration of the English-Speaking Advisory Council

Dear Community,

Please be informed that the Call for Applications for the integration of the Observatory's Advisory Council has formally closed as of 12:01 AM on November 5, 2025, for all applications submitted in Spanish.

Exclusive Opening for the English-Speaking and Multilingual Advisory Council

However, with the aim of ensuring truly global and multilingual representation, and given the high quality and volume of applications received in Spanish, the Call remains OPEN EXCLUSIVELY to form a dedicated English-Speaking Advisory Council and, generally, for professionals and experts applying in languages other than Spanish.

The new closing deadline for these specific applications will be announced soon.

PhD. Claudia Marcela Porras Truque

Her practical experience in the assessment and intervention of Neurodiversity in childhood and adolescence provides an essential clinical and applied focus.

  • Highest Academic Degree: Doctor of Psychology (Doctora en Psicología, Psicobiología), obtained from the Complutense University of Madrid.

PhD. María Diana Lorena Rubio Navarro

  • Profile Summary: Neuroscientific researcher, STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) educator, and advocate for educational accessibility through her research on character education. She is the founder of Scienko México and MujereSTEAMDGETI.

  • Significance to the OINN: She contributes solid global experience, validated by numerous awards (including the Global Teacher Prize), in the integration of Neuroscience, STEM education, and character education, which are essential for innovative methodologies.

    • Winner of the National Teacher Prize (2020) and Top 10 Finalist of the Global Teacher Prize (2021).
